Instructions:

Making this colorful Bohemian Summer necklace is very simple. Just follow the few steps below and you’ll have wonderful new necklace for yourself or to give as a gift.

1. Wrap 1 piece of fabric around the cotton cord, about 1”from one end of the cord. Use the needle and 6” of metallic thread to sew the fabric to the cord. Repeat entire step three times, placing the fabric strips 1 ½” to 2” apart.

2. Use the cotton cord to string the 7 twisted rings. Space them out at random along the cord.

3. Sew 5/8” (3 crystals worth) of the crystal chain to the right of the first fabric piece. Repeat three times, place the chain to the right of the other 3 fabric pieces.

4. Use the head pins to string your pre-selected 36 assorted crystals, gemstones, and/or glass beads, form a double simple loop. Repeat this step using the remaining gold plated beads already pre-selected. String 2 beads on 4 of the head pins for a total of 36 dangles.

5. Use 1 jump ring to attach 1 dangle or charm to the cord. Repeat 36 times, attaching the dangles and charms at random to the cord.

6. Place one end of the cord inside 1 cord end and close the cord end. Use 1 jump ring to attach the same cord end to the hook clasp. Repeat entire step with the other end of the cord, replacing the clasp with one of the chain.
